1 By choosing to continue using this service (“ Salento IT ”), the user (the “User ”) agrees to comply with (and be bound by) the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“ Terms and Conditions ”), which together with the other terms and conditions, news and information contained in Salento IT, regulate the relationship between Salento IT (“IDM”) and the User in the use of the site and the apps complementary to it. 2. Salento IT is not intended for use by minors. By continuing to use Salento IT, the User guarantees and declares that he is at least 18 years of age. 3. Salento IT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by amending this document. The User is required to periodically check these pages, taking note from time to time of any changes, which are binding. The new Terms and Conditions will report the date of the last update. 2. Definitions

1. The term “ Salento IT ” refers to the platform created by international performance marketing SRL, with headquarters in Via leonidion, 5 – 73025 – Martano (LE) (already defined as Salento IT ). Südtirol Info is made up of the site that can be consulted at the URL https://www.salento.it/ and the pages and apps complementary to the site, including, but not limited to, the APP South Salento IT, (“ APP”) which allows you to use all the features of the site to which advantages are added for users also based on the geolocalization of devices. The APP is available on Google Play and App Store and can be used via smartphone. 2. The term “User” is reserved for Salento IT users regardless of whether they have made a reservation or registered in the personal area. 3. The term “Service/s” refers to what IPM srl offers to its Users. In particular, but not limited to, the Services consists of the presentation of accommodation facilities (“Accommodation Facility/s”) for possible reservations by Users, as well as the offer of information, news and opportunities related to tourism in Salento with relative descriptions of experiences, excursions, visits, events and any other tourist proposal available in the aforementioned territory. In reference to the Services, Users may also decide to periodically receive newsletters related to the same in order to stay updated on the news and initiatives of IPM srl. 4. The term “Accommodation Facility/s” refers to hotels, residences, farmhouses, hostels, campsites, bed and breakfasts and other hospitality facilities that advertise their rooms/lodgings on Südtirol Info for possible reservations by Users. 5. The term “Profile” refers to the set of identifying data relating to the User who decides to register with Südtirol Info in the manner set out in art. 6. The term “Favorites” refers to the Salento IT pages and Services that the User decides to save as they are relevant for future use and enjoyment, which will therefore be linked to the appropriate section of the Profile. By saving, the user will find, at any time, what has been stored in the favorites. The user can decide to delete the favorites that are no longer of interest.
