Südtirol Info si compone del sito consultabile all’ URL https://www.salento.it/ e delle pagine ed app complemetari al sito, tra le quali, a titolo non esaustivo, figura l’APP South Salento IT, (“APP”) che permette di fruire di tutte le funzionalità del sito a cui si aggiungono vantaggi per l’utenza anche basati sulla geolocalizzazione dei dispositivi.
L’APP è disponibile su Google Play e App Store ed è utilizzabile mediante smartphone.
2. Il termine “Utente” è riservato ai frequentatori di Salento IT indipendentemente dall’effettuazione di prenotazione o dalla registrazione all’area personale.
3. Il termine “Servizio/i” si riferisce a ciò che IPM srl offre ai propri Utenti.
In particolare, a titolo non esaustivo, i Servizi consistono nella presentazione di strutture ricettive (“Struttura/e Ricettiva/e”) per eventuali prenotazioni da parte degli Utenti, come nell’offerta di informazioni, notizie ed opportunità legate al turismo in Salento con relativa descrizione di esperienze, escursioni, visite, eventi e ogni altra proposta turistica fruibile nel territorio anzidetto.
In riferimento ai Servizi, gli Utenti possono, altresì, decidere di ricevere periodicamente newsletter legate agli stessi anche in modo da rimanere aggiornati sulle novità e le iniziative di IPM srl.
4. Il termine “Struttura/e Ricettiva/e” si riferisce agli alberghi, ai residence, agli agriturismi, agli ostelli, ai camping, ai bed and breakfast ed altre strutture per l’ospitalità che pubblicizzano su Südtirol Info le loro camere/i loro alloggi per un eventuale prenotazione da parte degli Utenti.
5. Il termine “Profilo” si riferisce all’insieme dei dati identificativi riferiti all’Utente il quale decide di registrarsi a Südtirol Info con le modalità di cui all’art.
6. Il termine “Preferiti” si riferisce alle pagine di Salento IT e ai Servizi che l’Utente decide di salvare in quanto rilevanti per uso e fruizione futuri, i quali verranno, pertanto, ricondotti all’apposita sezione del Profilo. Con il salvataggio, l’Utente troverà, in ogni momento, nei Preferiti quanto memorizzato. L’Utente potrà decidere di cancellare i Preferiti a cui non sarà più interessato.
1. Il contenuto di Salento IT è compilato con la massima diligenza, tuttavia, IPM srl non garantisce che i dati siano sempre corretti ed aggiornati, in quanto gli stessi sono di provenienza esterna. In particolare, IPM srl declina ogni responsabilità per inesattezze relative alle informazioni e/o descrizioni di Strutture Ricettive come degli altri Servizi di ogni tipo di terzi pubblicizzati attraverso Salento IT.
2. In particolare, IPM srl non è coinvolta nel rapporto tra l’Utente e la Struttura Ricettiva.
Qualsiasi operazione od obbligo derivante da un contratto stabilito attraverso Salento IT impegnerà l’Utente e la Struttura Ricettiva tra di loro in modo indipendente, secondo i termini e le condizioni presentate dalle Strutture Ricettive.
Tale principio si applica anche ai terzi che non siano Strutture Ricettive: IPM srl interviene, infatti, come un mero strumento di interazione tra le parti.
Le Strutture Ricettive sono le sole responsabili di dover soddisfare le richieste di prenotazione giunte tramite Salento IT in seguito alla comunicazione della disponibilità da parte delle stesse.
3. IPM srl non è assolutamente responsabile, in nessun momento, dell’accuratezza, della completezza e della correttezza delle informazioni fornite dalle Strutture Ricettive, incluse le tariffe e le disponibilità visualizzate su Salento IT.
4. IPM srl non fornisce alcuna garanzia circa la capacità, la competenza e la qualità dei servizi pubblicati, in particolare, quelli che possono essere offerti da una Struttura Ricettiva che entra in contatto con l’Utente.
5. Ipm srl non ha alcuna responsabilità per la cancellazione o la mancata conservazione di contenuti memorizzati su Salento IT o trasmessi da esso.
6. Ipm srl non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile di eventuali malfunzionamenti temporanei di Salento IT derivanti da cause esterne e fuori dal controllo di IPM srl.
7. Salento IT non ha alcuna responsabilità per ogni danno, o perdita, finanziaria o di altra natura, derivante dall’utilizzo o dall’impossibilità di utilizzare Salento IT o i Servizi.
8. Ipm srl non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile per eventuali limitazioni geografiche: l’accesso ai contenuti di Salento IT potrebbe non essere consentito in alcuni Paesi.
L’Utente accede a proprio rischio e assumendosi la responsabilità di ottemperare alle leggi della propria giurisdizione.
9. Ipm srl non è responsabile per qualsiasi perdita o danno causato da virus o altro materiale dannoso/malware o altri attacchi informatici che possono infettare il computer, programmi per computer, dati o altro materiale di proprietà degli Utenti, in seguito all’utilizzo di Salento IT o al download di qualsiasi materiale pubblicato su di esso, o su ogni sito web ad esso collegato.
10. Alcuni servizi forniti dalle applicazioni mobili (APP) connesse a Salento IT sono legati alla funzione di geolocalizzazione.
La localizzazione del dispositivo dipende dal servizio dati del Gestore telefonico dell’Utente e non è in alcun modo dipendente dall’APP.
1. L’Utente può anche registrarsi a Salento IT per accedere ai propri preferiti (“Preferiti”) e usufruire delle funzionalità dello stesso Salento IT.
La registrazione di un profilo (“Profilo”) è gratuita, è consentita solo a persone maggiorenni e permette all’Utente di personalizzare l’esperienza su Salento IT.
2. L’Utente registrato ha la responsabilità del Profilo e delle proprie credenziali di accesso che possono consistere nell’indirizzo e-mail inserito al momento della registrazione a cui verrà inviato un codice di verifica per l’autenticazione ad ogni accesso, o nelle altre modalità previste per l’accesso al Profilo (es. mediante profili Facebook, Google).
3. L’Utente accetta di assumersi la responsabilità per tutte le attività associate al Profilo e al relativo accesso.
4. Tramite il Profilo, l’Utente può gestire i Preferiti, i propri dati e i relativi consensi.
5. Salento IT si riserva il diritto di eliminare un Profilo qualora, a suo insindacabile giudizio, rilevi delle irregolarità o delle violazioni d’uso.
6. L’Utente può richiedere l’eliminazione del Profilo utilizzando l’apposito comando disponibile nell’area personale. La cancellazione del Profilo comporta l’eliminazione definitiva di tutti i dati ad esso associati.

Occasionalmente, Salento IT può anche includere link ad altri siti web.
Tali link non implicano che Ipm srl appoggi il sito o i siti web indicati.
Allo stesso modo, Ipm srl non ha alcuna responsabilità per il contenuto del sito web referenziato.
2. Non è consentito utilizzare Salento IT per copiare, memorizzare, conservare, trasmettere, inviare, avviare, pubblicare o distribuire qualsiasi materiale che si compone di (o è legato a) ogni forma di spyware, virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit o altro materiale pericoloso o tecnologicamente dannoso.
Non è consentito mettere sotto attacco Salento IT tramite un attacco di full domain compromise, di denial-of- service o denial-of-service distribuito.
3. È espressamente proibito generare e/o diffondere e-mail commerciali non richieste (spam).
4. Non è consentito agli Utenti effettuare attività sistematiche o automatizzate di raccolta di dati su o in relazione a Salento IT.
5. È espressamente vietato fornire consapevolmente informazioni false relativamente ai dati personali e/o relativi agli Utenti di cui questi ultimi sono responsabili.
1. Le tariffe e le condizioni di cancellazione pubblicate su Salento.it sono stabilite direttamente dalle Strutture Ricettive, non sono, pertanto, legate a una decisione di IPM srl la quale non è in alcun modo coinvolta.
Le tariffe potrebbero comportare restrizioni a condizioni speciali, per esempio in materia di cancellazione, di “no show” o di rimborso.
2. Prima di effettuare una prenotazione, l’Utente deve verificare con attenzione, direttamente sulla pagina relativa alla Struttura Ricettiva di suo interesse, le condizioni economiche e di pagamento direttamente con la Struttura Ricettiva.
3. I pagamenti avvengono all’esterno della piattaforma e non sono una funzionalità di Südtirol Info, il quale rimanda ad un link di terzi esercenti, pertanto, Salento.it non ha alcun controllo dell’esito di una eventuale prenotazione.
4. Salento.it non è in alcun modo responsabile dell’esito negativo delle prenotazioni dovute a problematiche relative alla fatturazione e al pagamento.
1. Oltre ai Servizi già previsti dai presenti Termini e Condizioni, l’APP permette di personalizzare l’esperienza degli Utenti, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, con le seguenti funzionalità:
– consiglio del giorno: l’APP consiglia giornalmente 10 attività e punti d’interesse in base alla stagione dell’anno;
– meteo: l’APP offre le previsioni meteo dell’ Alto Adige (Province di Bolzano, Bressanone, Brunico, Merano, Silandro, Vipiteno) del giorno corrente e dalle ore 11.00 del giorno di consultazione, anche quelle del giorno seguente. L’Utente ha anche la possibilità di attivare la notifica push del meteo che viene inviata giornalmente alle ore 8.00;
– beacon Scan: L’Utente che desidera ricevere informazioni più dettagliate sulle attrazioni locali durante il suo soggiorno in Alto Adige può utilizzare tale funzione. L’APP avvisa l’Utente non appena si trova in prossimità di un POI (Point of Interest), inteso come luogo di interesse legato al turismo nel territorio, a titolo esaustivo, chiese, monumenti, musei, esperienze, escursioni, visite, ristoranti, locali, eventi e ogni altra proposta turistica fruibile nel territorio, e ne offre le relative informazioni.
2. IDM è libera di aggiungere, rimuovere, integrare le funzionalità dell’APP senza fornire preavviso o comunicazione.
3. La geolocalizzazione permette di fruire dei Servizi di Südtirol Info ricevendo informazioni e suggerimenti basati sulla posizione geografica dell’Utente, ad esempio, i ristoranti nei dintorni della posizione, le Strutture, le proposte turistiche dell’APP.
1. Tutte le informazioni fornite dalle Strutture Ricettive e da terzi fornitori e pubblicate su Salento.it rimangono proprietà di questi.
I contenuti di IPM srl restano, invece, di sua esclusiva proprietà.
2. International performance marketing srl è proprietaria in via esclusiva della progettazione, configurazione di Salento.it del marchio e dei loghi.
Non è consentito utilizzare una parte qualsiasi del materiale disponibile su Salento.it per scopi commerciali senza ottenere un’autorizzazione esplicita da IPM srl.
1. L’utilizzo di Salento.it è regolato dalla legge italiana.
Tutte le controversie derivanti dall’utilizzo di Südtirol Info sono di competenza esclusiva del Tribunale di Lecce.
Sono fatti salvi i diritti dei consumatori di adire il loro foro di residenza o domicilio.
2. I presenti Termini e Condizioni sono redatti in lingua italiana, in caso di conflitto fra le traduzioni in diverse lingue, a prevalere sarà la versione in italiano.
